Who are we

We are a mobile district in the heart of Fredericia with about 100 engaged employees, including 10 nurses. We work from a rehabilitative and appreciative approach, where the citizen is always at the center.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of home care assistants, SSH, SSA, nurses, occupational therapist, home trainer and nutrition consultant. Our nurse planner coordinates and structures the day\'s tasks so you can focus on the nursing quality and cover the district across our four teams. In the district we also have our own knowledge people in dementia, incontinence and hygiene as well as Nexus super users.

Your primary tasks

• Provide holistic, complex and acute nursing in the citizen\'s own home.
• Ensure coherent patient pathways through close interprofessional and cross-sector collaboration.
• Teach, spar with and develop the competencies of the other staff and delegate nursing services.
• Contribute to the education of nursing students in close collaboration with our clinical supervisor.

We expect that you

• are a qualified nurse with a strong professional commitment and focus on the rehabilitative approach
• can work independently, plan your day and keep an overview in acute or pressured situations
• are approachable, have strong collaboration skills and contribute positively to the collegial community
• have knowledge of Nexus – it is certainly a wish, but absolutely no requirement, as we ensure thorough training.
• can cycle and are prepared to use an electric bike as a means of transport on your daily routes.

Salary and employment conditions

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the bargaining organization.

Upon employment a criminal record check will be obtained. The employment is conditional on the criminal record being free of penalties of significance for the performance of the specific position.

The position is 37 hours. According to the municipality\'s personnel policy, there can be a dialogue about individual wishes for flexibility in working hours and work planning.
