About the job

Would you like to help develop nursing – and get ideas to make it work in everyday life?

We are seeking a nurse for an exciting event-based appointment with split serving between Fjordly Care Home and Dalsbo.

The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed and is available as of today or as soon as possible thereafter.

Maybe you are looking for a nursing position that is a little different from the traditional one?

A position where you both get the opportunity to use your nursing expertise close to the residents, solve complex nursing tasks and at the same time help develop, create structure and get the practical things to function in everyday life?

Then we may have the job for you.

Two houses – one common focus

At Fjordly and Dalsbo we work to create good and secure everyday life for our residents. We focus on high professional standards, good citizen pathways and strong collaboration across professional groups.

As a nurse with us you will be part of two different houses with their own culture and everyday life. It gives you the opportunity to bring your professionalism, your experience and your ideas into play in several ways – and at the same time help build a bridge between the two workplaces.

You will have an active nursing professional role in both houses. You will, among other things, work with clinical assessments, medication management, complex citizen pathways, documentation, health-care interventions and coordination around the residents. You will become an important professional sparring partner for your colleagues and have the opportunity to follow up on the nursing care that must create quality and security for each resident.

At the same time you will have the opportunity to look ahead and help develop the way we work.

It may be that you spot a workflow that can be made smarter, help create better structure around an area, support professional quality or help get a new initiative well implemented. We believe that development happens close to everyday life.

Therefore we are looking for you who both want to be very close to the nursing practice and at the same time have an eye for how we can make things even better.

You do not necessarily have to come with all the answers – but you should be willing to help find them and translate them into practice.

We offer you

  • An exciting and varied daily life distributed between Fjordly and Dalsbo
  • A nursing-professional position with potential for development and influence
  • A daily life with both direct nursing, professional coordination and development tasks
  • Opportunity to influence workflows and professional practice
  • Close professional sparring with nurses and other professional groups at both nursing homes
  • Possibility to translate good ideas into something that works in daily life
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with a focus on residents' quality of life
  • Committed colleagues who want to support each other and the task
  • An workplace where humor, integrity and collaboration are central

We hope that you

  • Are a licensed nurse
  • Would like to work across two nursing homes
  • Have strong nursing expertise and thrive with complex nursing tasks
  • Can work independently and at the same time be an active part of the community
  • Are curious, proactive and want to develop
  • Have an eye for both professional quality and what needs to function in practice
  • Thrive with taking initiative and following up when something needs to be put into practice
  • Would like to share your knowledge and learn from others

You may be newly qualified. You may have many years of experience.

The most important for us is not how many years you have been a nurse, but that you want to be part of a community where we help each other, learn from each other and together find good solutions.

We are looking for you who want to be a nurse with both professionalism, curiosity and a development focus – and who find it exciting when a good idea needs to be translated into something that actually works in everyday life.
