In your role as a nurse you will

• Be responsible for care and treatment processes for complex residents
• Have a everyday life where you communicate affirmatively with residents, relatives and colleagues - even in busy times.
• Work in a value-based workplace where room for hearts, well-being and togetherness creates a good culture, where the individual person is always in focus
• Be a role model, help, guide and teach, as well as contribute to
• Support and guide the SOSU staff so that all competencies are utilized optimally
• Work with quality assurance, professional development and implementation of new initiatives
• Actively participate in development projects and cross-disciplinary collaborations
• Be able to spar with other nurses

• The position is 30-37 hours
• Salary and employment according to applicable collective agreement
• We work every fourth weekend and share holidays

About Riis Friplejehjem Riis is a lively and home-like place with 40 nursing home beds spread over 2 floors, where staff work every day to create a meaningful and safe everyday life for residents.

We have a large hall for community activities, where the activities assistant arranges various activities to the delight of the home’s residents. Volunteers and friends also play an active role in daily life, and the meals are prepared in the home’s own production kitchen.
