In your role as nurse you will

• Be responsible for care and treatment pathways for complex residents
• Have a everyday life where you communicate affirmatively with residents, relatives and colleagues – even in busy times.
• Work in a value-based workplace where warmth, wellbeing and togetherness create a good culture, where the individual person is always the focus
• Be a role model, help, guide and teach, and be part of
• Support and coach SOSU staff so that all competencies are used optimally
• Work with quality assurance, professional development and implementation of new initiatives
• Actively participate in development projects and cross-disciplinary collaborations
• Be able to brainstorm with the other nurses

• The position is 30-37 hours
• Salary and employment according to applicable collective agreement
• We work every fourth weekend, and share holidays

About Riis Friplejehjem Riis is a lively and homely place with 40 nursing home beds spread over 2 floors, where staff work every day to create a meaningful and secure everyday life for the residents.

We have a large hall for joint activities, where the activities worker arranges different activities for the residents. Volunteers and the network also play an active role in daily life, and the meals are prepared in the home’s own production kitchen.
