We have residents with extensive somatic issues, dementia diseases and multimorbidity, as well as residents who require rehabilitative, palliative or specially coordinated interventions.

At Sophienborg Care Home we are looking for an experienced nurse for a position primarily on day shifts during weekdays. We are looking for you who are passionate about nursing, thrive in complex care pathways and want to make a difference for residents, relatives and colleagues.

We are focused on creating a home for our residents where quality of life, dignity and self-determination are at the center, and where nursing plays a decisive role in ensuring safety and continuity in daily life.

How we work with nursing at Sophienborg

Nursing at Sophienborg is characterized by high professionalism, strong interdisciplinary collaboration and a shared ambition to create the best possible framework for residents’ quality of life. We work closely across professional groups, share knowledge with each other and take joint responsibility for continuously developing the quality of care and nursing.

We collaborate closely across the organization and with other areas in Elderly Care and Health. This gives us the opportunity to share knowledge, support each other, and use our combined resources in the best possible way to benefit the residents.

We are well underway with development and want to strengthen our use of data and learning from adverse events so we can continue to raise the quality and patient safety.

We believe that the best nursing is created together. Therefore we prioritise professional sparring, knowledge sharing and competence development, and we are deliberately working to strengthen the health professional competencies of all staff around the residents.

  • Work independently while also seeing the value of interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Meet residents, relatives and colleagues with curiosity, respect and integrity.
