About the job

Would you like to be part of a municipal nursing team where high professional standards, independence and collegial support go hand in hand?

In Team East we are seeking a nurse for a 1-year temporary position with possibility of extension .

Municipal nursing is more than ever a field in development. More and more citizens with complex treatment and care needs receive their nursing at home and in municipal nursing clinics, and that places high demands on clinical judgment, independence and collaboration.

Here you will have the opportunity to bring your full nursing professionalism into play. You will become part of an experienced nursing team that meets citizens with acute, chronic and complex issues. The daily work includes independent clinical assessments, coordinating care pathways and close collaboration with citizens, relatives, general practice, hospitals and other partners.

The municipal nursing plays an increasingly important role in the close health service. Therefore we work purposefully with coherent citizen pathways, early detection, cross-sector collaboration and holistic interventions. Basic palliative care is a natural part of the task, and you will be involved in pathways where symptom relief, support for citizens and relatives, and coordination of interventions are central nursing tasks. The upcoming national quality standards support this development and point to a strengthened role for municipal nursing.

We place high priority on professional sparring and skills development. We believe that high quality is created through collaboration, and we have organized ourselves so that nurses can focus on the nursing work. Therefore the daily work is supported by both a fixed duty planner and a nursing professional coordinator.

We offer

  • A workplace where professionalism, humor and job satisfaction are a natural part of everyday life
  • A strong nursing professional community with high expertise and collegial sparring
  • Individual training and introduction tailored to your experience and needs
  • Ongoing professional development and opportunity for clinical deepening
  • A varied daily life with a high degree of independence and professional responsibility
  • Opportunity to work with complex citizen pathways and basic palliation
  • A close and accessible management
  • Good opportunities for extension of the temporary position

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a licensed nurse
  • Thrives with clinical assessments and independent decisions
  • Has a view of the whole in the citizen pathway
  • Sees value in interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration
  • Meets citizens, relatives and partners with professionalism and respect
  • Wants to contribute to the development of municipal nursing
  • Contributes actively to a strong professional and collegial community

A driving license is a prerequisite.
