Introduction including

A local introduction of three months with mentoring arrangement tailored to your needs.

Up to six introductory modules of two days, where nurses with specialist knowledge teach.

In District Lindholm we are organized into teams that provide care and treatment for citizens in a geographically defined area in Nørresundby. Here we help each other solve the core task in the nursing clinic, in the citizen's home and in nursing homes.

We are a team of nurses, social and health care assistants as well as social and health care helpers who really want and work for interprofessional collaboration. On the team we also have, among others, rehabilitation coach, coordinators, quality staff as well as planning and coordinating nurse.

Little about the position

The number of hours is negotiable – if you prefer part-time employment

Weekend shifts every 4th weekend

The position is primarily day shifts, but with participation in the handling of evening shifts

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable agreement between KL and DSR.
