We are seeking, as of December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible, a nurse for a permanent position in the Nursing Clinic Ebeltoft. You will be part of the expansion of the close-to-home health services in one of Denmark's most beautifully situated municipalities;

There is a political goal of `More citizens in clinic'. Therefore there is a need for us to have staffing capacity that can quickly increase capacity in all five nursing clinics to be able to receive all relevant citizens. The Nursing Clinic Ebeltoft has recently expanded from two to three clinic rooms.

Who are we?

The Clinic Team strengthens cross-sector collaboration in Syddjurs Municipality.

The purpose of the Clinic Team is to establish a solid foundation for performing the nursing professional tasks/offers to sick citizens in the clinic during the hours 07:00–15:00. The Clinic Team should be able to step in in planned and in sub-acute situations to thus quality-assure nursing, prevent deterioration and be able to receive citizens who are called to treatment in the clinic at short notice, for example after hospital admissions.

Syddjurs Municipality has an action plan for more citizens in clinic. In time it will become relevant with other opening hours; 07:00–17:00 and/or a clinic that is open 15:00-23:00.

We therefore focus on offering the citizen the best treatment and nursing assistance.

One of the major tasks in the health agreement is: ”more health close to home on the citizen's terms”, and the Clinic Team in Syddjurs Municipality would like to help with this together with the GPs, the hospital and all our competent colleagues in the 12 Citizen Teams and the Specialist Team in the Health Science Cluster in Syddjurs Municipality.

In a geographically large municipality, where coherence in task execution occurs in a collaboration between Citizen Teams and Nursing Clinics. Your qualifications

• Broad clinical experience as a nurse, preferably employed in a municipality, minimum 2 years.
• Interested in gaining increased knowledge of specialised wound care, other clinic tasks in close collaboration and sparring with experienced colleagues.
• Interest in contributing to high professionalism in a safe framework.
• Well-developed clinical eye.
• Courage to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible – also regarding task-solving across sectors.
• Driver's license.

About the department

Employees in the Health Science Cluster Clinic Team report to the respective nursing clinics in Rønde, Knebel, Hornslet, Ebeltoft and Ryomgård.

There is daily at 07:15-07:20 a Teams meeting/dialogue between the nursing clinics.

The Acute Team, Evening Team, Night Team, pharmaconomist, wound nurses, resource planner and continence nurse, who are all part of the Health Science Cluster, report to work daily at Dalgårdsvej 2A, Thorsager, 8410 Rønde, where there are shared office facilities.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is intended to start on 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiations with the negotiating organization I Health and Care Syddjurs municipality, we have a general policy that references and a criminal-record check are obtained during recruitment.
