We are seeking as of December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible a nurse for a permanent position in the Nursing Clinic Ebeltoft. You will help in the expansion of close health care in one of Denmark's most beautifully located municipalities;

There is a political objective of 'More citizens in clinic'. Therefore there is a need that we, in terms of staffing, have a capacity to quickly increase capacity in all five nursing clinics to be able to receive all relevant citizens. The Nursing Clinic Ebeltoft has recently expanded from two to three clinic rooms.

Who are we?

The clinic team strengthens cross-sector collaboration in Syddjurs Municipality.

The purpose of the Clinic Team is to establish a solid foundation for performing the nursing tasks/offers to sick citizens in clinic during the hours 07.00–15.00. The Clinic Team should be able to step in in planned and sub-acute situations thereby ensuring quality of nursing, preventing deterioration and able to receive citizens who are notified for treatment in clinic at short notice, e.g. after hospital admissions.

Syddjurs Municipality has an action plan for more citizens in clinic. In time it will be relevant with other opening hours; 07.00–17.00 and/or a clinic open 15.00-23.00.

We therefore focus on offering the citizen the best treatment and nursing assistance.

One of the major tasks in the health agreement is: "more health close to the citizen on their terms", and the Clinic Team in Syddjurs Municipality would like to help together with general practitioners, hospital and all our competent colleagues in the 12 Citizen Teams and the Specialist Team in the Health Professional Cluster Syddjurs Municipality.

Your qualifications

• Broad clinical experience as a nurse, preferably employed in a municipality, minimum 2 years.
• Interested in gaining increased knowledge about specialized wound care, other clinic tasks in close cooperation and sparring with experienced colleagues.
• Interested in contributing to high professionalism in safe surroundings.
• Well-developed clinical eye.
• Courage to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible – also with regard to cross-sector task solving.
• Driver's license.

About the department

Employees in the Health Professional Cluster Clinic Team report to the respective nursing clinics in Rønde, Knebel, Hornslet, Ebeltoft and Ryomgård.

There is daily Teams meeting/dialog at 07.15-07.20 between the nursing clinics.

The Emergency Team, the Evening Team, the Night Team, the pharmacy technician, wound nurses, resource planner and wound care nurse, who all are part of the Health Professional Cluster, report daily to Dalgårdsvej 2A, Thorsager, 8410 Rønde, where there are shared office facilities.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is expected to commence 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

Salary and employment conditions according to the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the negotiating organization I Health and Care Syddjurs municipality. We have a general policy that references and criminal records will be requested upon employment; you may therefore expect to be asked for this if we offer you the position.
