Nurse for visiting home care in Glesborg Night shift

About the position

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible nurse for night shifts in our on-call home care team. You will help ensure that citizens in Norddjurs Municipality experience security, continuity and professional nursing – even when the quiet of the night settles in. Your tasks:

• Perform acute and planned nursing services for citizens in their own homes
• Independent clinical assessments and decisions during night shifts
• Documentation and reporting in the municipality's records system
• Collaboration with colleagues in home care and other professional groups to ensure holistic care
• Contribute to the development of workflows and quality in night shift work
