Nurse for visiting nursing in Glesborg - Night shift

About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible nurse for night shifts in our mobile home care team. You will help ensure that citizens in Norddjurs Municipality experience safety, continuity and professional nursing – even when the peace settles in at night. Your tasks:

• Performing acute and planned nursing services for citizens in their own homes
• Independent clinical assessments and decisions during night shifts
• Documentation and reporting in the municipality's journal system
• Collaboration with colleagues in home care and other professional groups to ensure holistic care
• Contribute to the development of workflows and quality in night shift work
