Hareskovbo is located in beautiful surroundings, close to Bagsværd Lake. The house consists of two departments with three living groups each. Here live in total 83 residents - all with individual needs and resources. We are a house in constant development. We focus on high quality in care as well as a respectful and good environment for the residents.

The Danish Patient Safety Authority has at the latest inspection rated Hareskovbo in the category "No problems of significance for patient safety" and a relative in autumn 2024 had a letter to the editor in Berlingske, where she described Hareskovbo as "Denmark's perhaps best nursing home." The new Elderly Supervisory Authority, at an inspection in spring 2026, assessed Hareskovbo as follows: The nursing home Hareskovbo appears overall with good quality. The Elderly Supervisory Authority assesses that there are no significant challenges with the quality of holistic care. All indicators are met.

• You naturally take responsibility for lifting both the health- and social-care tasks at night
• You have a positive and open approach to night work, and understand how to be a role model
• You like to work independently, and have a positive and appreciative approach to collaborating around a professional effort for the individual resident
