About the job
Nurse sought for evening shift in Hospital Home Care, Sindal
Do you want a weekday with great professional freedom, skilled colleagues to brainstorm with and the possibility to use your full nursing expertise?
With us you will become part of a strong professional community where you get responsibility, influence and the opportunity to shape the solutions around the citizens. We value trust, flexibility and collaboration highly and offer good opportunities for professional development.
The practical – with room for flexibility
- Permanent position with start on 1 December 2026 or as agreed.
- The position is, as a rule, 32 hours per week, but the number of hours can be adjusted according to wishes.
- As a rule, work every 2nd weekend – if this is a challenge, apply anyway! We would rather have a dialogue about possibilities than miss the right colleague.
- The position is primarily evening shifts, but to strengthen cooperation across shifts there will be some day shifts.
Become part of a strong community in Fixed Teams
The employees are divided into fixed teams, where we – collectively and cross-disciplinary – work from the values of the new Elderly Act with the citizen’s self-determination, quality of life, relationships and holistic care at the center. Nursing care and home care are organized under the same management.
To strengthen nursing sparring, cross-disciplinary collaboration and the possibilities to work with holistic care around our citizens, we have prioritized an organization where two nurses are on duty during the evening shift.
You will perform independent nursing tasks and at the same time be an active part of the holistic care around the citizens.
In close collaboration with the planner, visits are planned with a focus on nursing relevance so that your competencies are utilized in the best possible way – both in the concrete tasks and in the overall citizen pathway.
We believe that the best solutions are created through collaboration, where we bring our different professional disciplines into play and take joint responsibility for the citizens’ pathways.
We are looking for a nurse who
- Thrive with independent responsibility and at the same time value professional sparring and a strong collegial community.
- Can take on a guiding and advisory role in the team, where you support colleagues’ professional development and contribute to a learning environment characterized by trust, openness and room for questions.
- Sees value in interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contributes to joint solutions around the citizens, with a view to the citizen’s overall situation, resources and quality of life.
- Can create overview, prioritize and stay calm in a changing daily life.
- Is curious, development-oriented and eager to bring your professionalism into play in new ways.
- Has an interest in welfare technology and digital solutions and preferably some knowledge of CURA – the latter is not a requirement.
We offer
- A workplace with high professionalism, strong collegial bonds and room for diversity.
- A weekday with independent responsibility and the opportunity to bring your entire nursing expertise into play.
- A high degree of flexibility and influence over your own work schedule.
- A close interdisciplinary collaboration, where we lift tasks collectively and focus on cohesive citizen pathways.
- Opportunity for competence development, professional sparring and influence on the development of our practice.
