Banen Helhedspleje seeks an engaged nurse for our newly started interdisciplinary holistic care group. Here you will have the opportunity to work with person-centered care, contribute to a new culture and structure, and set the direction for how we together solve the core task.

You will become part of a development-oriented team, where we work closely across professions with a focus on the citizen's overall life situation – particularly citizens with mental vulnerability and complex needs.

We are in the process of building a professional culture where committed working communities are the foundation for quality, well-being and responsibility.

Your primary tasks

• Nurse-led care for citizens in their own homes
• Coordination of coherent and holistic citizen pathways
• Working with a person-centered approach in practice
• Close interprofessional collaboration within the holistic care group
• Sparring and professional development within the team
• Documentation and quality assurance

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has an interest in or experience with mentally vulnerable citizens
• Is passionate about person-centered care and relational work
• Thrives in development and can contribute to a new culture and structure
• Takes responsibility for the core task and the community
• Sees value in committed collaboration and interprofessional work
• Works independently while also being a strong team player

We have a meeting place in Silkeborg Municipality's Health Center, where there is, among many other services, a Nursing Clinic. In the building we are 4 holistic care groups, where collaboration together with a sister group but also across all groups is of high priority.
