About the position

We are looking for a licensed nurse for a permanent position with start date on 1/12 or 1/1.

The position is primarily day shifts, and you should expect to work every 4th weekend. In addition, you will have about 4 public holiday shifts annually.

Fynsgade Nursing Home will be your primary base, where you become part of a committed and multidisciplinary team, where we work together to create the best possible daily life for our residents. We place emphasis on high professionalism, care and a rehabilitative approach in care. You report to the District Manager based in Grindsted, but you will have close collaboration with the Nursing Home Manager for Fynsgade.

Your tasks

• Carry out, coordinate and triage nursing interventions.
• Carry out clinical assessments and nursing follow-ups.
• Help ensure high quality and patient safety.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to professional development.
• Educate staff
• Manage MedCom and care pathway plans
• Collaborate with relatives, general practitioners and other partners.
• Develop and strengthen the nursing care efforts at the nursing home
