Nurse wanted for an exciting position in our lovely care homes in Æblelunden, Southeast District

There is a permanent position of 37 hours per week. You must be prepared that there will occasionally be evening work and weekend work every 3rd weekend.

Concrete tasks

• perform complex nursing tasks in interdisciplinary collaboration
• contribute to the prevention of hospital admissions
• navigate professionally in the citizens' private surroundings
• apply your strongly grounded professional expertise in the interdisciplinary effort
• develop action guidelines where both goals and sub-goals are clearly formulated, where actions are concrete and clearly described and ensure follow-up
• work in a motivating way with regard to the citizens and your collaborators
• guide and supervise students, trainees and colleagues
• be cooperative in task solving
• contribute with creative solutions while you work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• guide and support citizens as well as relatives in their daily life
• plan and participate in activities, as well as social interaction based on the individual citizen's resources and needs

Qualifications and competences

• you are a trained nurse
• you have experience and particular interest in working with older people and those with dementia
• are flexible, accommodating and collaborative in task solving
• can navigate professionally in relation to the citizen, relatives and colleagues
• see opportunities and have the courage and ability to go new ways
• are creative, have interest and enjoy physical activity, also outdoors
• apply your strongly grounded professional knowledge in the interdisciplinary effort

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and DSR.
