Then you may be the person we are looking for to our engaged citizen team in Cluster EAST in Ebeltoft .

We are seeking a registered nurse from December 1, 2026 or by agreement for a permanent day shift position of 37 hours per week or as agreed, with work every 4th weekend.

About us

In Cluster EAST we work in multidisciplinary and self-managing citizen teams, where nurses, assistants, aides, therapists and case managers collaborate closely to create the best pathways for our citizens.

We provide care, treatment and assistance to citizens with both ordinary and complex needs in their own homes. We work purposefully to prevent hospitalizations and to create coherent pathways, where the citizen's wishes, resources and network are actively involved.

In Syddjurs Municipality we have for several years developed and strengthened the work with self-managing teams, which gives great freedom to plan, coordinate and deliver help around the citizen. As a nurse you will therefore have a versatile daily life with a high degree of independence, responsibility and professional influence.

We have close collaboration with both internal and external partners, including general practitioners, hospitals, specialist departments and the municipality's own specialists.

• Is a licensed nurse, newly graduated or experienced.
• Would preferably have experience from home care, but it is not a requirement.
