Employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and local pay.

Employment date is 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

Working hours are in rotating shifts. We operate in two shifts, day shifts between 6:30-15:15 and evening shifts between 15:00-23:30. Weekend shift every 3rd weekend.

Employment takes place according to Nurse – Collective Agreement 70.01 Nurses, public health nurses, nutritionist, dental hygienist etc. §§3-5. The expected starting salary full-time excluding pension is base pay level 4 or 7 based on seniority, in the range kr. 31,081 – 36,994.

The final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.
