Who will be your colleagues?

You will become part of a nursing team consisting of about 33 nurses with very different experience and professional competences. That diversity is one of our strengths.

About the position

As a district nurse with us you will have a daily life with great variation and the opportunity to influence your own workday.

The position is initially day shifts with occasional evening shifts.

In daily life you will meet a wide range of citizens, both elderly and younger, with complex problems and diverse needs. Your tasks span widely and include among other things:

• Palliative pathways
• Acute nursing assessments and interventions
• Wound care
• Coordination of citizen pathways across sectors
• Clinical tasks in our nursing clinic

We are also facing an exciting development, where the new health reform is expected to bring new opportunities and tasks into municipal nursing. In Kalundborg Municipality it has been decided that acute nursing will continue to be an integrated part of home nursing, which means you will become part of a specialty area in ongoing development.

You will become part of a daily life where there is a need for both overview, independence, and strong clinical competences, but where you also always have colleagues close by for sparring and collaboration.

• Are a trained nurse
• Actively use your professionalism in the collaboration with citizens, relatives, colleagues and partners
• Can maintain overview and prioritize your tasks when the everyday life is busy
• Want to work independently but never alone
• Have an eye for complex nursing and coordination
• Value collaboration, professionalism and a good working environment
• Prioritize documentation as an important part of the nursing clinical effort
• Have a valid driving license and thrive with the car as part of your workplace

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 37 hours per week or by agreement .

Work is generally every 4th weekend .

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay formation.
