Dedicated and independent consultation nurse sought for Nørrebro Medical Clinic

Nørrebro Medical Clinic is looking for a skilled and service-minded consultation nurse for a permanent position of 32-37 hours per week, starting as soon as possible or by agreement.

About us

We are a well-functioning and modern clinic located in Nørrebro. Our team today consists of 6 doctors, 5 nurses, 1 social- and health care assistant, and a strong group of medical students . We place great emphasis on a high professional level, a good working environment with room for a light moment, and an open and respectful tone towards both each other and our patients.

Your primary tasks

As a consultation nurse with us you will have a central and versatile role with your own independent consultations. Your tasks will include:

• Chronic disease control: pre-examinations, annual check-ups and follow-up of patients with e.g. diabetes, COPD and hypertension.
• Laboratory work: Blood sampling, ECG, lung function tests (spirometry) and urine tests.
• Acute and minor treatment tasks: Wound care, removal of sutures, vaccinations, ear irrigation, and guidance during child vaccination programs.

We imagine that you

• Are a qualified nurse (preferably with a couple of years’ experience, preferably from general practice, medical department or pediatrics).
• Work independently, in a structured manner and maintain an overview , even though there can be busy periods.
• Have good communication skills and meet patients with empathy, warmth and professionalism.
• Are familiar with IT systems – it is a big advantage if you already know XMO , but otherwise we provide thorough training.
