Nurse - where you make a difference, District Alssund, Sønderborg Municipality

Do you want a job in municipal nursing where you can really feel that you make a difference through your work? - then we need you in the Alssund district in Sønderborg Municipality. We are located in the former library on Kongevej in the middle of Sønderborg town.

We are looking for a nurse in a maternity cover, who can support our collaboration with the municipality's citizens about their wishes for a good and meaningful life. As a nurse with us, you will have many good colleagues, influence, and the opportunity to use your professional skills.

The maternity cover will be for a duration of about 1 year.

Who are we?

We are a nursing group of 25 nurses who work with exciting nursing tasks. We are divided into teams, each covering a part of the district. Together with our colleagues in home care, we work cross-professionally based on the citizen's goals and dreams, as well as the rehabilitative efforts.

We are an employer with good flexibility and teams that work well together. We are always working to maximize the job satisfaction on our workplace. We are good at helping each other and have a strong focus on lifting tasks in collaboration. We live in a house together with the municipality's Acute Team, Addiction Center and part of the social psychiatry, with whom we have a good cooperation.

What are we looking for?

• We are looking for you who are a trained nurse and who are motivated to become a regular part of our team.
• We work every 4th weekend, and it will primarily be day shifts with a few evening shifts
• You will participate in the daily operation in the outreach teams.

The position is from 1 November 2026, or by agreement.

• You have authorization as a nurse
• Have broad clinical experience or a strong desire to acquire such
• Thrive with a high degree of independence in citizens' homes or our clinics
• Contribute to a good and healthy working environment
• Thrive in working with a broad citizen group, and be able to see the resources in each person
• Burn for cross-disciplinary work with a focus on high professionalism, dialogue and feedback

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and DSR.

The weekly working time will be 37 hours/week or as agreed with you.
