We are looking for engaged nurses with clinical supervisor training who want to play a central role in ensuring meaningful and educational study programs in municipal nursing care.

As a clinical supervisor you will be an important part of a strong professional community where we work together to give our students the best possible conditions for their education.

We are currently receiving students from the 4th, 6th and 7th semesters – and we are continuously developing. Therefore we are looking for you who want to join a journey where we shape the future clinical learning environment together.

About the position

We are looking for three clinical supervisors so that we have supervisors in all of our home care teams.

You will have good opportunities to

• Shape and plan the students’ daily progress
• Deepen your focus on one semester’s learning objectives and build strong supervision processes
• Influence the development of the supervisor role and the organization going forward.

We are in the process of shaping how best to organize the supervision – for example it could involve greater responsibility for each supervisor or a coordinating function. It will be a process you will have the opportunity to influence together with your future colleagues.

You will as a municipal out-of-home nurse with a clinical supervisor role

• Become part of a committed group of clinical supervisors
• Be closely connected to one of the home care teams
• Participate in holistic care and daily practice
• Supervise, inspire and motivate students in their encounter with municipal nursing care
• Help introduce upcoming colleagues to an exciting field of practice in development – in line with the Elderly Care Act and the upcoming health reform
• Perform complex nursing in the citizen’s own home
• Coordinate programs with general practitioners, hospitals and internal partners
• Participate in regularly scheduled teaching with our resource team and others
• Be part of sparring and professional guidance of colleagues in the team
• Work closely in cross-disciplinary teams consisting of assistants, carers, unskilled workers, therapists and case managers
• In time participate in discharges and discharge conferences at hospitals and the municipality’s short-term placements.

The positions are 37 hours in day shift, but we are open to other hours. We plan for a weekend shift every 4th weekend and a few public holiday shifts.

Typical meeting time is 7:30–15:00, on some days 7:00–15:00.

Who are we

We are a nursing group of about 40 employees spread across day, evening and night shifts. We work in six fixed cross-disciplinary day teams and two evening teams. This provides:

• High continuity for citizens
• Strong relationships within the team
• Shorter travel time
• Close sparring and shared responsibility for citizen pathways.

We have resource persons in continence, wounds, nutrition and stoma, who work closely with the traveling nurses and the nursing coordination. In addition, we have a nursing clinic with fixed nurses.

In the cross-disciplinary teams we meet daily for triage and weekly for professional meetings, citizen-focused meetings and cross-disciplinary gatherings. We also collaborate closely with general practitioners, hospitals, dietitians, etc.

Employment process and salary

The employment date is December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.

We hold interviews as applications come in.

The position is as a rule 37 hours and a permanent position.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for nurses in municipalities.

Employment takes place according to local pay setting principles and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position is DKK 32,031 – 45,923 per month excluding pension for full-time employment (37 hours per week).

The final salary is set after negotiation between the employer and the trade organization with the right to negotiate on the relevant collective agreement area. The salary depends, among other things, on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
