We are looking for a skilled and engaged nurse for our citizen team in Hornslet. With us you will have the opportunity to put your professional skills into play, create quality in care and help shape our everyday life and the development of the team.

We believe that high quality in care is created close to the citizen – by employees who have the professionalism, the responsibility and the opportunity to make good decisions.

As a nurse with us you take a central role in the citizen team. You will become an important professional sparring partner for your colleagues and have the opportunity to closely follow the citizens' trajectories, create coherence and respond when something changes.

You will among other things be responsible for care pathways and take responsibility for coordination, planning and follow-up on the citizens' interventions. You will work closely with SOSU assistants, SOSU helpers, therapists, visitators, team leader and our quality-responsible nurse.

We work with holistic care, where the citizen's overall needs and wishes are the starting point for the effort. Your primary task is the nursing professional effort, but you should also have an eye for the whole citizen's situation and for how the different interventions around the citizen hang together.

It requires strong nursing professionalism, overview and willingness to collaborate across disciplines. In return you get the opportunity to follow the citizens' development closely and help find solutions that make the most sense for the individual.
