Who are we really?

We are a nursery with high ambitions and both feet firmly planted in reality. We believe quality is created through collaboration, professionalism and relationships – and that humor is the glue that keeps it all together.

As part of the Ravnsholtklyngen you also gain colleagues across two nurseries and three kindergartens. That means more perspectives, more laughs and more to spar with. In daily life we work from “the small in the big.”

You will become part of a team that deliberately works with time, presence and relationship building. We follow Allerød Municipality’s common pedagogical direction with inspiration from Tea Thyrre Sørensen’s approach to attachment, regulation and interaction, and as a new pedagogue you will attend a 3-day course so you get a solid shared starting point with your colleagues.

We create frameworks where children can develop at their own pace - and where you as a pedagogue have room to use your professionalism actively and with peace of mind.

We are DGI-certified, so movement is not just something we do - it’s something we are. Inside, outside, up, down. Movement is a natural part of our pedagogy, and you will use your body as much as your heart and mind.

In Allerød Municipality we work from our Children and Youth Policy with the underlying child and learning view.

Practical information

• The position is 37 hours, with possibility for adjustment
• Start: 1 November or as soon as possible. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis
• Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement
