You will become part of a workplace that strives to be “ahead in professionalism” and that offers several interdisciplinary teams that practice working with self-managing elements, and participates in the large community under Long-term Interventions in Haderslev Municipality.

We are a municipality that values balance between work life and private life. We are open to a good dialogue about life stages.

We can offer you

  • a workplace with focus on professionalism, well-being, involvement and community
  • collegial and managerial sparring
  • individually tailored introduction, supported by experienced colleagues
  • skilled, fun, happy and competent colleagues, with high professionalism and strong commitment.

  • has a broad nursing skill set and can take clinical leadership
  • is a team player
  • understands the importance of documentation for quality and patient safety
  • is solution-oriented
