We are looking for you who

  • Are a licensed nurse
  • Have 1-2 years of experience
  • Preferably have experience with acute nursing
  • Work independently and take responsibility
  • Keep an overview in busy and unpredictable situations
  • Have good collaboration skills and contribute positively to the community
  • Would like to work in a cross-cultural organization

Experience with suturing, placing a CVP and casting is an advantage but not a requirement.

Practical information

The positions are full-time with a 40-hour work week and mixed shifts, including day, evening and night shifts, as well as every other weekend.

Why a minimum 3-month temporary contract?

Our department handles many different functions and complex patient pathways across specialties. It requires thorough introduction to both tasks, patient groups, journal systems and the special conditions applicable to the Greenlandic health service. Therefore we prioritize temporary contracts of at least 3 months so that both staff and department gain the maximum benefit from the training, and so we ensure continuity and quality in patient care.
