  • Care, observation and treatment of admitted patients
  • Telephone consultations, triage and advice
  • On-call work
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration around patient pathways
  • You will have the opportunity to work independently and use your clinical competences broadly. At the same time you will become part of a team where we spar with each other and take on tasks collectively.

Experience from emergency room, acute reception or other acute nursing is an advantage.

It is an advantage if you speak both Greenlandic and Danish, but it is not a requirement.

Who are we?

You will become part of a committed and interdisciplinary team where we work closely around the patients and help each other across professional groups.

We prioritize a good work environment, professional sparring and good patient pathways.

Our shared values are: Openness · Credibility · Respect · Accountability

Values that we actively work after in daily life.

For you who also want to experience Greenland

Here you get the opportunity to combine a professionally challenging job with the experience of daily life in a smaller Greenlandic local community.

Employment period

We are seeking nurses continuously throughout 2027.

The minimum period is 8 weeks, and we would love to hear from you if you can stay for a longer period.

Please indicate in your application which period in 2027 you would be able to work in Upernavik.

Perhaps 2027 is the year when your nursing professionalism should travel a bit further north.
