About the position

The role as nursing professional coordinator has already been piloted in home care. Now we take the next step and fill the last five positions, so all home care teams get a nursing professional coordinator close to daily practice.

Therefore we are now seeking a nursing professional coordinator who is passionate about developing and strengthening the professional effort in the team. You will become a key person in relation to, among other things:

• Plan and coordinate ongoing competency development for social and health helpers and social and health assistants.
• Support and optimize workflows and processes.
• Ensure professional sparring and guidance in daily life.
• Contribute to a learning environment with focus on quality and development.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and citizen conferences.
• Support the implementation of the new Elder Law in practice.

As nursing professional coordinator you will have the opportunity to shape the professional direction and help ensure that the team is equipped for future demands. You will work closely with the team leader and your other colleagues, and your efforts will contribute to creating coherence, professional pride and high quality in citizen pathways.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement and following principles of local pay formation.

The position is expected to be placed within a total salary range of approx. 42,764 - 44,215 including function and seniority allowances. In addition, personal allowances may be negotiated based on qualifications. Pension according to collective agreement is included.

As a rule, the working hours are daytime Monday to Friday. By agreement, the working hours can vary, including evening and weekend work, depending on the nature of the tasks.

Start date December 1, 2026 or by agreement.
