We have a culture characterized by professional engagement, responsibility and collaboration. Openness, trust and proper communication are a natural part of everyday life, and we focus on developing our practice through reflection, learning and shared professional direction.

In Team Sydvest, professional practice is based on holistic care and a rehabilitative approach. With the new elderly act, we focus on coherence, citizen involvement and cross-disciplinary coordination in citizen trajectories.
