Nursing professional team leader for specialized neurorehabilitation

For our day shift team, we are seeking a nursing professional team leader.

You will be responsible for about 35 staff: nurses, social and health care assistants, social and health care aides, substitutes and cleaning staff. They work across professional boundaries and interdisciplinarily with therapists, psychologists, speech therapists and social workers on each individual care pathway.

We provide specialized neurorehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury - 24 inpatient beds, outpatient pathways and outreach services. A pathway is built on a holistic 24-hour rehabilitation approach, where the client's life story, resources and goals form the basis.

You report to the center manager and are part of a management team with short decision-making lines.

Your main tasks

• Daily operations - planning, coordination and follow-up in close collaboration with the planner, responsible for resource utilization and budget targets
• People management - recruitment, onboarding, MUS, wellbeing, sick-leave follow-up and competence development
• Clinical quality - quality assurance and development of nursing and rehabilitation interventions together with development therapists and other professional groups
• Work environment - support a culture of wellbeing, engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Development - contribute to the strategic development of the offering and implement improvement initiatives

Your first three months

You enter a time when things are happening: from 2027 we will collaborate closely with the regions, and a number of workflows will need adjustment. During 2027 we will also implement a new journal system with AI support. You will be central to both.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a qualified nurse
• Has leadership experience with responsibility for operations and staff - or solid experience as a coordinator or person in charge and is ready for the next step
• Leads clearly, with presence and involvement, and creates direction and followership
• Works in a structured way and is decisive in a complex daily routine
• Thrives as a sparring partner and leads when new workflows need to be implemented

Experience from neurorehabilitation is an advantage, but not a requirement. We provide the specialized professional training.

Forenede Care Neuro Ringstedhave is a specialized offering for adults with acquired brain injury. Clients and relatives are active co-players throughout the process, and the effort is arranged so that the individual can regain functioning, independence and quality of life.

Employment terms

37 hours per week with start as soon as possible or January 1, 2027.

Primary daytime hours. Some leadership tasks take place in the evenings or on weekends.

Salary according to qualifications.
