Nurse-led team leader for specialized neurorehabilitation

For our day shift team we are seeking a nurse-led team leader.

You will be responsible for about 35 employees: nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, substitutes and cleaning staff. They work cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary with therapists, psychologists, speech and language pathologists and social workers on each individual pathway.

We provide specialized neurorehabilitation to adults with acquired brain injury - 24 round-the-clock beds, outpatient pathways and outreach interventions. A pathway is based on a holistic 24-hour rehabilitation approach, where the citizen’s life history, resources and goals form the basis.

You report to the center manager and are part of a leadership team with short decision-making channels. Your main tasks

• Daily operations - planning, coordination and follow-up in close cooperation with the planner, responsible for resource utilization and budget targets
• Staff leadership - recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, well-being, sick leave follow-up and competence development
• Clinical quality - quality assurance and development of nursing and rehabilitation interventions together with development therapists and other professional groups
• Work environment - support a culture of well-being, engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Development - contribute to the strategic development of the offering and implement improvement initiatives

Your first three months

You join at a time when things are happening: from 2027 we will collaborate closely with the regions, and a number of workflows will need adjustment. During 2027 we will also implement a new journal system with AI support. You will be central to both.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nurse
• Has leadership experience with responsibility for operations and staff - or solid experience as a coordinator or person in charge and is ready for the next step
• Leads clearly, with presence and involvement, and creates direction and followership
• Works in a structured way and is able to make decisions in a complex everyday life
• Thrives as a sparring partner and leads when new workflows must be implemented

Experience from neurorehabilitation is an advantage, but not a requirement. We ensure specialized professional training.

Employment terms

37 hours per week with start as soon as possible or 1 January 2027. Primary working hours in daytime. Some leadership duties may be in the evenings or on weekends.

Salary according to qualifications.
