Nutrition Assistant Apprentice

Nutrition Assistant trainee for a 1-year training agreement.

Our canteen serves daily approximately 900 students and 130 staff. We place emphasis on health, good ingredients and a good interaction with each other and our customers. We make as much as possible from scratch – both for the canteen and for meeting service.

Your tasks

Will include trying out many different parts of the nutrition assistant profession, including:

• hot and cold kitchen
• salad bar and baking
• service in the canteen
• assisting with ordering and disposition of food items
• self-check
• cleaning and dishwashing

Of course you will receive thorough training and become part of a team where we help each other in a busy, but cosy kitchen.

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 6:00–13:30 and Friday 6:00–13:00.

In connection with special events there may be occasional evening and Saturday shifts.

Start date: January 1, 2027.
