Nutrition assistant or other dietetic staff for the Central Kitchen in Hurup Thy

Do you want to help create good food, high professional standards and a good working environment in our large production kitchen in Hurup Thy?

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated nutrition assistant or other diet-related staff who would like to become part of our team in the Central Kitchen in Hurup Thy.

Here we produce daily around 450 hot and cold meals for care homes in the southernmost Thy as well as Madservice customers in the entire Thisted Municipality. Our main task is to ensure that our citizens receive good, tasty and nutritionally correct food – every day.

We have a high degree of dietary production and special diets, which demands professionalism, precision and an understanding of each citizen's needs.

In our kitchen, classic kitchen craft meets modern production methods and up-to-date equipment. You will be an active part of the whole process – from raw materials to finished meal – and have the opportunity to use both your professional competences and your love of food in everyday life.

• have a relevant diet-related education such as e.g. nutrition assistant, gastronomy, caterer or similar
• enjoy working with both traditional kitchen craft and modern production methods
• have knowledge of IT and are comfortable using digital tools in daily life
• can work structured according to professional and standardized recipes, procedures and workflows
• focus on self-monitoring, HACCP, hygiene and food safety
• are quality-conscious and have an eye for documentation as an important part of the professional work
• thrive with teamwork and contribute positively to good collaboration
• can maintain an overview in a busy and varied daily life
• are eager to help educate and guide our future apprentices and thereby contribute to good and educational traineeships.

Practical information

Working hours: 37 hours per week.

Placement of working hours: As a rule Monday–Friday between 06:00 and 15:00.

Employment: Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and the principles of Ny Løn.

Start date: 1 December 2026 or by agreement.
