Nutritional Assistant Apprentice for Madservice Kronjylland

We are currently seeking a nutrition assistant trainee for Madservice Kronjylland, Randers Municipality's production kitchen.

Start February 2027 or by agreement.

Admission requirements

For the standard program, prior to taking up, you must have passed Grundforløb 2 in the main area of foods, agriculture and experiences as a nutrition assistant, gastronomy, or be enrolled in GF2.

Competence clarification is required if an exemption from completed GF2 is to be obtained.

The internship will primarily take place at Madservice Kronjylland, combined with a few months of internship in one of the municipality's nursing home kitchens/cafes.

You will generally have weekends and public holidays off.

Madservice Kronjylland is twice nominated as “apprentice of the year” among our nutrition assistant trainees, which we are proud of.

As a nutrition assistant trainee in Randers Municipality's Care Area, you will be in contact with other nutrition assistant trainees, where there will be gatherings for shared inspiration and work with the education book. The internship sites in the care area of Randers Municipality also work closely together. We train a total of 6 nutrition assistant trainees at a time.

As a nutrition assistant trainee, you will have the opportunity to use your professional skills in a professional environment where we really look out for each other. We work with ecology and sustainability, in line with Randers Municipality's Climate Policy.

During the internship you will have tasks related to all meals of the day. You will also have short customer contact in the cafes, as well as in the food delivery at Madservice Kronjylland.

Wages are paid in accordance with the collective agreement.

In addition to Grundforløb 2, the training lasts 2.5 years distributed over 3-4 internship periods and 3 school periods. It ends with a journeyman examination. In the first 3 months of the internship there is a mutual probation period.
