Newly Graduated Junior Meta Analyst Wanted!

We are searching for a sharp and structured Junior Meta Analyst for a full-time position (entry-level). The role is tailored for you who are a recent graduate and ready to translate your theoretical knowledge into razor-sharp results for our clients in the real world.

Your primary tasks

While our creative specialists devise the cool concepts, it’s you who builds the engine room and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:

• Setting up Meta ads: You will be responsible for building and structuring campaigns on Facebook and Instagram so they reach the right target audience.
• Data analysis and optimization: You monitor campaign performance, analyze the data, and find the small adjustments that can yield even better results.
• Technical ad hoc tasks: Tracking, pixel setup, troubleshooting, and generally technical support related to advertising.

Who are you?

As this is a junior position, we do not expect you to have 5 years of experience – on the contrary! We imagine that you are a recent graduate (e.g., in marketing, e-commerce, data, or similar) and you are passionate about becoming a master of Meta Ads.

We’re looking for you who

• Have a strong analytical mind and love working with numbers and Excel/spreadsheets.
• Are technically inclined and quick to learn new systems.
• Are structured and detail-oriented – you spot the error before the campaign goes live.
• Have plenty of go-getter attitude and are "max ready" to absorb knowledge and develop in the role.
