Occupational Therapist and Clinical Supervisor for Fællesskabet Kochsgade

The Kochsgade Community seeks a dedicated occupational therapist and clinical supervisor for our practice area. About the position

As an occupational therapist and clinical supervisor you will play a central role in the work of educating the future occupational therapists. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting clinical teaching for occupational therapy students.

You will also have the opportunity to use and develop your occupational therapy skills in daily practice, where you collaborate with citizens and colleagues on rehabilitative interventions.

We are not just looking for a supervisor. We are looking for an occupational therapist who can translate theory into practice, inspire future colleagues and help develop the occupational therapy field in the Kochsgade Community. We currently have 4th and 5th semester students and you will also contribute to the operation of various interventions in collaboration with colleagues.

You will, among other things, have responsibility for

• Plan, coordinate and conduct clinical teaching for occupational therapy students
• Manage individual and group-based supervision of students
• Ensure progression, well-being and learning through internship programs
• Conduct study conversations, reflection processes and professional learning activities
• Support a strong learning environment characterized by curiosity, reflection and professional development
• Contribute to the development of the occupational therapy practice in the organization
• Work closely with educational institutions and clinical supervisors across the municipality
• Actively engage in rehabilitative efforts for citizens within sections 82, 103 and 104
• Contribute to development projects and implementation of new professional methods
• Contribute to documentation, evaluation and quality assurance of practice

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 37 hours per week (a fixed evening shift) and is remunerated according to the prevailing collective agreement and the principles of local salary formation. Start date December 1, 2026.
