At the same time you will become part of a strong therapeutic professional network in the region, where sparring, professional development and knowledge sharing are prioritized.
About the position
As an occupational therapist you will be an important teammate in the work to create coherent citizen pathways and ensure that citizens get the best opportunities to master their everyday life, maintain independence and achieve the greatest possible quality of life.
Your tasks will include, among others

- Assessment of the citizen's activity and functional abilities with focus on daily life and independence
- Planning, initiating and evaluating rehabilitation processes based on the citizen's goals
- Assessment and trial of assistive devices and compensatory solutions
- Guidance and sparring to colleagues regarding rehabilitative efforts and support of the citizens' daily activities
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination around the citizen's pathway
- Collaboration with citizens, relatives and external partners
- Documentation and follow-up on interventions and contribution to the development of relevant plans and descriptions
We offer
- An exciting position in a department under development
- Opportunity to influence the development and establishment of the new health- and care placements
- A strong multidisciplinary collaboration with the citizen at the centre
- A well-functioning therapeutic professional network with focus on professional development and sparring
- A varied workday with a high degree of independence
- Skilled and engaged colleagues with high professionalism
- A good working environment where humor, presence and collaboration are highly valued
- Good opportunities for competency development
We are looking for you who
- Are educated as an occupational therapist
- Have interest in or experience with rehabilitation, geriatrics and citizens on short-term stays
- Have experience with or interest in ADL assessments, assistive devices and activity-based interventions
- Thrive in a multidisciplinary environment and see the strength in different professional backgrounds
- Have an eye for the whole person and work based on the citizen's goals, resources and daily life
- Have good cooperation and communication skills and actively contribute to the development and improvement of practice
- Can work independently while also being a strong team player
- Meet colleagues and citizens with energy, commitment and good humor
