About the job

Would you like to help shape the future of the close-to-home healthcare?

As a result of the Health Reform, health and care beds will transfer to regional responsibility and operation as of 1 January 2027. The health and care beds are aimed at citizens who need an intensive health professionals input such as rehabilitation, exercise, observation, treatment and care, but who do not require hospitalization in a hospital.

The assignment is anchored at North Zealand Hospital in a new organizational unit under the Department for Elderly and Multimorbidity and covers seven geographic locations in North Zealand. In Halsnæs, there will be 18 health and care beds, located at Søndergade 81A in Hundested.

Here you will receive a thorough introduction to patient pathways, and you will learn to use the Health Platform, which is the electronic medical record system that will be used on the health and care beds from January.
