We work closely with the orthopedic physiotherapists and researchers in our department on the development of the OE area.
We also participate in a matrix organization of quality development in the occupational therapy area, where occupational therapists across the hospital's clinical specialty areas participate in joint teaching meetings and workshops on our core tasks.

- dysphagia assessment, instruction and guidance
- assessment of needs for and provision of assistive devices for inpatients
- instruction in preventive and rehabilitative exercises as well as guidance on performing ADLs
