Would you like to use your occupational therapy expertise to make a difference in citizens' everyday lives?

We have three exciting positions as occupational therapist in Holistic Care in Holstebro Municipality.

We are seeking 3 occupational therapists working 34-37 hours per week with primary employment in Team Parkvej.

• One position with start date 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter
• Two positions with start date 1 January 2027

Together with the citizen we create a holistic approach

In holistic care we start from the premise that the citizen is an expert in their own life. We base our approach on the citizen's wishes, resources and goals and find together solutions that make sense in everyday life.

You will be part of a strong professional community organized into interdisciplinary teams , where we together take responsibility for creating coherent pathways for citizens. You will also have close professional collaboration with occupational therapists and physiotherapists across the municipality's four home care districts.

Your tasks

• Rehabilitation and reablement after Older Persons Act and Health Act Section 140
• Occupational therapy interventions in the citizen's own home and at care centers
• APV assessments in collaboration with mobility advisers and the Health Authority
• Interdisciplinary collaboration on the citizen's overall pathway

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained occupational therapist with broad clinical experience
• Has interest in and preferably experience with the geriatric patient
• Thrives in close interdisciplinary collaboration and contributes to a good working community
• Meets the citizen with respect and bases actions on their wishes, autonomy and resources

Salary and employment terms

• Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement
