About the job
Are you structured, meticulous and enjoy combining finance and administration with service and customer contact? Are you motivated by creating structure, finding solutions and contributing to efficient processes in a fast-paced everyday life?
Then you may be the colleague we are looking for to our customer team.
About the position
As an accounting and insurance administrator you will be part of our customer team, which currently consists of three employees. Together you ensure smooth handling of medical insurance and financial administrative tasks and serve as an important support for customers, partners and colleagues.
A central part of the role is handling incoming invoices from our suppliers and customers. You will work, among other things, with ensuring that invoices meet our requirements and are processed correctly in our systems. The role includes both automated and manual processes as well as verification and registration of invoices.
You will have a broad contact surface in the organization and collaborate, among others, with the Sales Department, the health team, the management, business development and finance. The role therefore requires both good structure and an understanding of how different processes and systems hang together.
Responsibilities
You will have a varied role where finance, administration, service and process development go hand in hand. You work both independently and in close collaboration with the rest of the customer team.
Your main tasks include
- Processing and validation of incoming invoices according to invoice and system requirements.
- Creation and approval of supplier invoices and credit notes for treatments.
- Handling inquiries from customers and care providers.
- Reconciliation of receivable accounts.
- Ongoing support to other team members in the customer team.
- Participation in automation, efficiency improvements and development of routines and processes.
We are looking for someone who
To thrive in the role we believe you enjoy creating structure and working with details while having a natural focus on service and collaboration.
We would like you to
- Have upper secondary education in economics and insurance or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Have an interest in numbers and financial administration.
- Work in a structured and meticulous way.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
- Enjoy contact with customers and care providers via phone and email.
- Can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Have a knack for understanding systems and complex workflows.
- Knowledge of Business Central 365 is an asset but not a requirement.
Who are you?
As a person, you are responsible and ensure that your tasks are completed. You work independently while appreciating close collaboration with your colleagues and gladly share your knowledge.
You are service-oriented and responsive and easily build good relationships, both internally and externally. You view changes as a natural part of everyday life and you contribute with a positive attitude, even during periods of high workload.
What do we offer?
You will become part of a small customer team where cooperation, knowledge sharing and a willingness to help each other are an important part of daily life. The team plays a central role in the business and collaborates broadly with several parts of the organization.
You will have a role with both responsibility and variation, where you have the opportunity to combine your knowledge in finance and administration with customer contact and at the same time contribute to developing and streamlining our internal processes.
We are looking for you who want to help create a high level of service and a smooth customer journey through accuracy, availability and professional communication.
