With direct reference to the management, you will have a central role between management and operations with many

diverse tasks within accounting.

Bryghuset Vendia currently consists of five restaurants and a brewery, and we are on an ambitious growth journey where you will play a central role.

The position is 30 hours with the possibility of full-time if other tasks can be handled. There are flexible working hours and we work, among other things, with e-conomic, Danløn and Excel.

Your tasks will include, among others

Preparation of specifications and reconciliations

Accounts for monthly and year-end closing

Creditor bookkeeping, including ensuring correct recording, approval and payment

Reconciliation of bank statements

Debtors – invoicing and recording of payments

Posting and handling of bank accounts and cash registers

Preparation of payroll, payroll rates, and refunds

Preparation of employment contracts

VAT accounting

Reporting of beer taxes

Various ad hoc tasks

We imagine that you

Have experience with credit/debtor bookkeeping

Have a good IT understanding

Are good at planning and structuring your own tasks and meeting deadlines

Are good at creating positive relationships with colleagues and customers

Your educational background is not as important to us as long as you have experience with all-round bookkeeping - but it is important that you have the desire to be part of the winning team where Quality, Respect and Innovation are the keywords in daily life.
