Kongebrocentret is located in the historic Herrnhut village of Christiansfeld, in a picturesque area by Taps Å. The center has 38 care homes with capacity for 40 residents distributed across four living units.

At Kongebrocentret we want residents to experience care, self-worth and dignity.

Therefore we are focused on how, together with the residents and their relatives, we can create good conditions around the life lived in our nursing home. We do this, among other things, by working to create a meaningful everyday life, where the resident's resources, wishes and life pattern are in the center.

We need you who, together with your closest colleague who is also a fixed night shift, are good at understanding the citizen's needs and wishes for their own life - who can help and support the citizen where their own resources run out.

Your tasks will include

• Relation-building and support for residents at night.
• Create security, structure and calm in the house.
• Nursing, care and caregiving tasks.
• Observation and assessment of residents' well-being and health status.
• Documentation and relevant follow-ups.
• Handling of acute situations with calm and overview.
• Contribute to a safe and dignified night for the residents.
