Østre Skole i Middelfart seeks an educator for our C-track

We are looking for a skilled and academically well-founded pedagogue for our special class sequence on the C-track for a permanent position with primary duties among the oldest students.

Østre Skole7s special class sequence, called the C-track, is the Municipality of Middelfart7s offering for cognitively challenged students who need special conditions to be able to realize their learning potential. For students with general learning difficulties, attending school on the C-track is an opportunity to grow at a pace that suits their prerequisites, thereby fulfilling the purpose of the primary school and the national goal that all students should become as capable as they can.

Østre Skole is a large, versatile urban school located centrally in Middelfart. We are divided into departments and have 300 students distributed across general classes (0th-9th grade), the special class sequence (0th-9th grade distributed across 6 classes) and SFO. There are about 50 staff members.

We are proud of our students and the work with them on the C-track.

We are seeking a pedagogue who, through close teamwork around the students and teaching, helps create a safe and predictable everyday life and can provide the students with optimal opportunities to develop their potential – academically, socially and personally.

The team around each class has the task of creating a safe community that can reinforce the students7 sense of being competent and able to participate in and contribute to the community.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår

Arbejdssted: Østre Skole – c-track

Timetal: 30-35 hours

Ansættelsesdato: 1. December 2026

Salary placement is according to the collective agreement for pedagogues in day-care institutions, after-school programs, clubs, etc., our pre-agreements and possibly individual allowances based on special competencies, knowledge or experience.

The position7s salary range as a full-time employed pedagogue will be from DKK 33,101.29 up to DKK 38,021.37, depending on the candidate7s seniority, continuing education and personal competences.

The salary interval is a monthly pay for a full-time employed pedagogue excluding pension.

A police clearance and a child-safeguarding clearance will be obtained.
