Østre Skole in Middelfart seeks a school pedagogue for our primary grades and after-school care (SFO)

We are looking for a skilled and academically grounded pedagogue for our primary grades and SFO.

Østre Skole is a large, versatile town school located centrally in Middelfart. We are departmentally divided and have 275 students spread across general classes (0th-9th grade), a special class range (0th-9th grade distributed across 6 classes) and SFO. There are about 50 staff members.

We are proud of our students and the work we do with them.

We are seeking a pedagogue who, through good and close teamwork around the students - in teaching and in the after-school period - helps create an interesting and meaningful everyday life. You strive to give the students the optimal opportunities to develop their potential – both academically and socially.

Each class team focuses on creating a safe community in and around the class, with attention to how they strengthen the students’ participation opportunities and contribute to the community.

Salary and employment terms

Workplace: Østre Skole - primary grades and SFO

Working hours: 35-37 hours

Start date: December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible after interview.

Salary placement follows the agreement for pedagogues in day-care institutions, school after-care programs, clubs etc., our pre-agreements and any individual supplements based on special competencies, knowledge or experience.

The position’s salary range as a full-time employed pedagogue will be from DKK 33,200 to DKK 38,145, depending on the candidate’s seniority, further education and personal competencies.

The salary range is a monthly salary for a full-time employed pedagogue excluding pension.
