OK-Fonden Jelling Have is a residential and treatment facility for people with mental vulnerabilities located in the center of Jelling. We have around 80 staff members distributed over four departments in and around Jelling.

Our services are governed by the Service Act §§107 and 108 with room for 46 residents. The everyday life at Jelling Have is built on clear structure and predictability, which creates security and framework for development. We place great emphasis on both treatment and social interaction, and offer a wide range of leisure activities, support in daily life, as well as opportunities for employment and education.

We are looking for a new colleague who

• Put residents – their wellbeing, development and home-like environment – in focus
• Are strong in collaboration with residents, relatives and partners
• Can work in an appreciative, reflective and mentalizing way
• Have good written and spoken communication skills
• Take responsibility and maintain overview in a changing everyday life
• Have experience from psychiatry and knowledge of the area's challenges
• Preferably have after- or continuing education within e.g. systemic, cognitive or neuroaffective approaches, DAT, substance misuse, OCD, anxiety, autism, NADA or similar

The practical about the position

• The position is on average 30 - 37 hours per week with shifts distributed across day, evening and night shifts and working every third weekend on average.
• The position is fixed-term for 12 months with possibility of extension or permanent appointment
• The position is at Jelling Have, Residential Unit 1
• We offer among other things catering, health insurance, internal and group supervision, relevant continuing education and courses
