At Gefion Daycare we are seeking engaged on-call substitutes who want to be an important part of the daily lives of adults with autism. You don't need lots of experience beforehand. The most important thing is that you meet other people with respect, curiosity, and the desire to make a positive difference.

About the job

As an on-call substitute you will be part of a fixed team that creates safe and developing environments for citizens with autism.

Your tasks may include

• Support residents in daily activities
• Participate in pedagogical activities and communities
• Work with structure, predictability and safety
• Provide individual support in 1:1 situations
• Help with practical tasks in the day care's everyday life

You will be thoroughly introduced to our work and our approach "All that we go – and do", so you feel safe and well prepared for the task.

• Are flexible and can take shifts as needed

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of autism or experience with pedagogical work, but it is absolutely not a requirement.

Practical information

📍 Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-14:30 as needed

📍 Employment as hourly paid on-call substitute

📍 Employment according to applicable collective agreement

📍 Start as soon as possible
