On-call substitute for night shift wanted

Are you fresh and ready when the rest of the house is asleep?

And do you want to make a difference for our residents – even when night falls? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as an on-call substitute at Havblik Nursing Home and Fænøsund Nursing Home

Havblik has 30 housing units, and Fænøsund has 42. The buildings sit right next to each other, and at night we are three night shift workers who collaborate across them. You are therefore never alone.

• can work independently, but also possess good teamwork skills and be a good colleague
• creates safety and calm around the residents
• has an eye for the residents' resources, wishes and good moments
