About Fredensgade

Fredensgade is a residential care facility for 12 adults with ADHD and autism. The residents live here for longer periods and need support in daily life.

As a substitute you become part of a team that helps and supports the residents to make everyday life function and strengthens their opportunities to live as independently as possible.

Your tasks may include

• Support residents in daily chores and activities.
• Help create structure, predictability and security in daily life.
• Support residents in their personal goals and wishes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a good everyday life for the residents.
• Administer medication when you are trained and have the necessary competencies, and the task has been delegated to you.

You will receive a thorough introduction and training, so you are well prepared for the tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a social or health professional education, or has experience with and interest in working with people.
• Is flexible and able to take shifts at different times.
• Is responsible, stable and good at creating structure.
• Meets the residents with respect and understanding.
• Can collaborate with colleagues and is keen to learn new things.
• Has a valid driver's license and MitID.
