Are you a pedagogy student, interested in social work, or looking for a meaningful temporary job where you make a real difference for children and young people?

Kraghaven is seeking dedicated substitutes for our social-pedagogical relief service for children and young people with disabilities.

With us you will meet children and young people aged 2-18 with very different needs and prerequisites. Some have cognitive or physical disabilities, diagnoses or syndromes, while others need special support for communication, structure and social communities. What they all share is the need for secure adults who meet them with presence, patience and respect.

We are looking for you who

• Are pedagogy students or have an interest in the field of special education.
• Want to create good experiences and meaningful communities for children and young people.
• Are calm, caring and good at building relationships.
• Can work with an affirming approach and with attention to each individual's resources and development opportunities.
• Thrive in a daily life with both activities, structure, care and personal support.
• Want to learn and develop yourself professionally.

We offer

• Relevant experience in special education.
• Thorough introduction and training.
• Skilled and engaged colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge.
• Opportunity for professional development and insight into working with children and young people with disabilities.
• A meaningful job where you make a difference for both children, young people and their families.

Working hours

As a temporary worker you take on available shifts by agreement. The shifts are on weekdays, weekends and holidays from 06:00 to 22:15. There will be opportunities for both short and longer shifts, including 12-hour shifts on weekends and holidays. On weekdays the shifts are 06:00-08:00 and from 14:00/15:00 to 22:15. We also need substitutes for both sleeping and awake night shifts.
